1. Mix the wet ingredients:
– Crack the egg into a bowl and add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk well until smooth.
– Add the oil and yogurt while continuing to whisk.
2. Add the dry ingredients:
– Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl with the wet ingredients.
– Mix everything until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
3. Preparation:
– Pour the batter into a frying pan with a non-stick coating and cook over low heat. – Cover the pan with a lid and bake for about 10–15 minutes, until the cake is cooked through and golden brown.
4. Serving:
– Let cool slightly before serving.
– You can garnish with powdered sugar or fresh fruit to taste.
Note:
– If the mixture is too thick, add a little more yogurt.
– If you don’t have vanilla sugar, you can use vanilla extract.
