The 6th and 7th days are the "off" days, here you can help yourself to make sure that your destiny is to be careful not to empty the garbage and to be certified not to eat sugary or processed foods.

• 1 glass of fresh lemon juice diluted in water (without sugar)
Lunch
• 1 apple, 1 whole-wheat toast
Dinner
• 1 hard-boiled egg
• 1 tomato
• 1 whole-wheat toast
For the diet to be successful, you must follow it to the letter to achieve results and weight loss. Do not use a single food or replace it with another. If you change this improvised regime, you will not work. On the other hand, you can eat cooked foods, cold or hot.
