Savory cake with chicken and vegetables

1. Prepare the filling:
• In a pan, sauté the onion in a little olive oil. • Add the carrots and peas and fry for a few minutes.
• Add the chopped chicken, olives and parsley, season with salt, pepper and spices. Set aside.
2. Prepare the dough:
• In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and oil.
• Add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix until smooth.
• Add a little grated cheese.
3. Preparation:
• Preheat the oven to 180°C.
• Pour half of the dough into a greased tin. • Spread
the filling evenly. •
Cover with the remaining dough.
• Sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Baking:
• Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
5. Serving:
• Let cool before slicing.
• Serve warm or cold with a green salad.
