Refreshing Cucumber Lemon Detox Water Recipe

Two medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
One large lemon, thinly sliced
Four glasses of cold water, about one liter
Six to eight fresh mint leaves, optional for added freshness
Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

Wash the cucumber and lemon thoroughly under running water. Slice them into thin rounds to help release their natural juices and nutrients. Place the cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves into a large jug or pitcher. Pour in the cold water and stir gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least one to two hours to allow the flavors to infuse fully. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
