Ingredients for Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells
For the steak bites:
1 ½ to 2 pounds sirloin steak, ribeye, or New York strip, cut into bite-size cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

For the creamy Parmesan shells:
12 ounces shell pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for heat
