Carrot Salad with Yogurt: Freshness and Flavor in Every Bite

400g of grated carrots
1 grated green apple
50g of chopped walnuts
180 ml of natural yogurt
30 ml of lemon juice
15 ml of honey
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:

Mix the carrot, apple, and walnuts in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Combine both mixtures until well integrated.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Serve on lettuce leaves and enjoy.
