Step-by-Step Instructions
Cook the Filling
- Heat a skillet over medium and brown the ground beef.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
Warm the Tortillas
- Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate.
- Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20–25 seconds until pliable.
Build the Wraps
- Spread mayo and ketchup onto each tortilla.
- Top with 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of cheese, and about ½ cup of seasoned beef.
- Fold each tortilla like a burrito, making sure to tuck in the edges.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
Crisp Them Up
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place wraps in the basket, seam-side down, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optional: Brush with more melted butter after cooking for extra flavor.
Serve Hot
- Let cool slightly before slicing in half (if you want) and dig in!
