1 package frozen broccoli (preferably from Aldi)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips

100 g crumbled feta cheese

A handful of cashews or walnuts (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of chili flakes (for the bravest)

Juice of half a lemon

Preparation:
Boil water in a pot and add the broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Then drain and rinse with cold water.
